The Magneto Design Lab MINI-'58. Late '50s Inspired Mini Humbucker.

The Mini-’58 is a beautiful sounding and versatile humbucker, with a classic but often overlooked design. Starting with the Epiphone Sheraton in’58 and John Lee Hooker, to the Les Paul Deluxe in ’69 and Pete Townsend, mini humbuckers have a long lineage as a beloved pickup. The Magneto Design Lab Mini-’58 is inspired by, and stays true to that original design, but with a few tweaks to give it a bit more personality. Our Mini-’58 is at home in a Gibson style guitar, Strat style HSS with our '62-SC or '57-EJ, or the neck position in a Tele with our '52-TSC. But that’s just the beginning. From Country to Blues, Pop to Classic and Alt Rock, the Mini-’58 is the forgotten pickup that can do it all.
